The NGO Fio de Luz today is present in 35 cancer centers spread across 05 Brazilian states - DF - BrasÃlia - ES - BA - RS - MG and also in the USA, since its foundation, more than 8,000 wigs have already been donated to women and children who are undergoing chemotherapy treatment and to patients suffering from chronic diseases whose pathology causes hair loss such as: Alopecia, depression and loss due to accidents..
Today we have the MUNICIPAL, STATE Public Utility Title and are certified by the CMAS (Municipal Council of Social Assistance) CNEAS (National Register of Social Assistance Entities) we were submitted to the scrutiny of the public authorities in all aspects of transparency in services provided to the general population.

In each oncology center, we maintain a wig bank with exhibitors and mannequins so that the patients of this unit can receive their wig at the place of treatment, in return they carry out campaigns to collect hair that are turned into wigs and made available to the centers. oncologists and the people who come to us !!
